INTRODUCTION  The R1.5 Billion GABM SA Drought Relief Project is a private initiative by Global Association of Billionaires and Millionaires’ (GABM) former President Mark Paulsmeier to provide financial support to the farmers of South Africa who have been deeply affected by the prevailing drought conditions of his country.  Mark has raised the funds for his project from his fellow GABM members in the US, UK, Europe and Asia.  II.
