Overview

Global Association of Billionaires and Millionaires (GABM) is the philanthropic division of the G500 Private Investment Group.

GABM’s vision is to become the largest and most exclusive professional society of billionaires and millionaires in the world and as responsible corporate citizens significantly contribute collective corporate resources to the improvement of the physical and socio-economic environment of the global economy.

The launch of GABM’s associate membership offering is motivated by the enormous interest expressed by entrepreneurs and business executives to become associated to GABM. As a result, GABM hereby cordially invites all billionaires and millionaires, individuals or corporates, who can add value to GABM’s collective and who wishes to contribute and participate in its activities, to apply for exclusive associate membership.

Considering GABM’s achievements to date, one can only imagine the infinite possibilities when the majority of the world’s billionaires and millionaires come on board and join our global movement in eradicating global poverty through participating in our various philanthropic programs.

Due to the private and exclusive nature of GABM as an organization, we seldom engage in any publicity or public marketing campaigns as GABM associate membership is only available on invitation to billionaires or millionaires having a passion for philanthropy.

Why should you become a GABM associate member?

GABM desperately need all global billionaires and millionaires, corporates and individuals, to become GABM associate members and unite in our global movement to create a better global economy for all humanity. What will I receive in return for my annual GABM associate membership fee?

Apart from the abovementioned GABM associate membership benefits, or unless you are an investor in one of GABM’s private equity or capital funds, there is no direct financial gain in GABM Membership. (GABM establishes capital funds on regular intervals in which its associate members can invest capital. The Board of Executives will duly notify associate members when a fund has been established.)

GABM associate members are all billionaires and millionaires in their own right and do not need to take up GABM Membership to increase their business activities or profits.

However, as philanthropists and good corporate citizens, the significant benefit and the direct value proposition of promoting, supporting, contributing and participating in GABM’s philanthropic programs is:

1.   You can become directly involved with the individual you are developing or sponsoring, and thereby experiencing the physical growth of the said individual or family as oppose to merely giving a donation to a charity of sorts and do not know how your capital has been utilized.

2. You have the satisfaction of knowing that you have potentially created another responsible citizen in the world, able to secure the financial, education, health and home security for yet another family.

3.    GABM Membership provides you with the opportunity to make a significant difference in eradicating global poverty through a well structured infrastructure and in a strong philanthropic movement collective, specifically to help the:

·         More than 1 billion children that live in poverty (1 in 2 children in the world)

·         The millions who do not have sustainable jobs to support their families

·         More than 640 million people that live without adequate shelter

·         More than 400 million people who have no access to safe water

·         More than 270 million people who have no access to health services

·         More than 64 million people that had been pushed into extreme poverty as a result of the 2010 global economic crises

·       More than a billion people who entered the 21st century unable to read a book or sign their names

Associate Membership Categories

GABM makes provision for three categories of associate membership.

1. Platinum Associate Membership Status

Platinum Associate Membership Status can only be allocated to a business executive or entrepreneur, a company, trust or partnership whose net asset value exceeds one billion in the currency unit of the applicant’s country of residence or incorporation or any such amount as management of GABM may from time to time determine.

Platinum Associate Membership can be obtained for an annual amount of $20 000 US Dollar, or any such amount as management of GABM may from time to time determine. Associate membership fees are not refundable under any condition or for whatsoever reason.

Membership fees do not represent an investment or shareholding in GABM. Annual membership fees are utilized to fund the corporate operations of the GABM organization as well as Equity Grants to natural disasters and other approved philanthropic programs, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the GABM Constitution.

2. Gold Associate Membership Status

Gold Associate Membership Status can only be allocated to a business executive or entrepreneur, a company, trust or partnership whose net asset value exceeds one million in the currency unit of the applicant’s country of residence or incorporation or any such amount as management of GABM may from time to time determine.

Gold Associate Membership can be obtained for an annual amount of $10 000 US Dollar, or any such amount as management of GABM may from time to time determine. Associate membership fees are not refundable under any condition or for whatsoever reason.

Membership fees do not represent an investment or shareholding in GABM. Annual membership fees are utilized to fund the corporate operations of the GABM organization as well as Equity Grants to natural disasters and other approved philanthropic programs, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the GABM Constitution.

3. Silver Associate Membership Status

There are no fees applicable to Silver Associate Membership, as this category of associate membership is only allocated to honorary associate members and GABM Goodwill Ambassadors on the sole discretion of GABM’s Board of Executives.

Associate Membership Application Procedure

Membership of GABM is subject to its Membership Criteria, which is addressed in its Constitution.

For an applicant to become an associate member, he should:

·         Familiarize himself with the general information about GABM

·         Familiarize himself with GABM’s Constitution

·         Complete the Membership Application Form

·         Scan and e-mail the Membership Application Form to GABM 

·         Await assessment and acceptance

·     Pay the first annual membership fee in the currency unit of the applicant’s country of residence or incorporation into the account provided by GABM

·         Provide GABM with a proof of payment document

·      Upon receipt of the membership fee, the associate member’s details will be entered in the Member Register

·    The associate member will be provided with a Welcome Letter, a GABM Membership Number as well as a GABM Associate Membership Certificate

Should any of the information or contact details on the associate member’s original GABM Member Application Form change, he should inform GABM in writing as soon as possible.

It is required that an associate member must contribute and/or participate in at least one of GABM’s philanthropic development programs per annum. The lack of associate members’ participation in the activities of GABM as a non-profit philanthropic organization carries the risk that GABM will not be able to make the significant inroads into the eradicating global poverty as envisaged.

·    Associate members of GABM who are interested to participate in any of its corporate programs and activities can do so by written request to the Board of Executives of GABM

·    Your request must be in English and must contain your GABM associate membership number

·      The request must be e-mailed to GABM at info@gabm-pinc.com

·      Every request will be strictly evaluated according to the merits contained in the associate member’s written request
